AXON Protocol ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a secure, autonomous pre-border data firewall and logistics metadata orchestration infrastructure located at axon-protocol.com. We act strictly as a Data Processor regarding international transport documentation uploaded by our corporate clients.

Data Collection and Classification

To provide our autonomous trade compliance services, we segregate and store metadata within isolated, encrypted database environments:

  • Account & Billing Data: Includes authorized corporate usernames, corporate email addresses, and payment gateway references (processed securely through PayPal merchant webhooks).
  • Operational Logistics Metadata: Includes raw text and structural metadata extracted from transport documents (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists) such as Tax IDs, Incoterms, HS Codes, container numbers, gross weights, and Hazmat designations.

Purpose of Processing & Cognitive Security

Data processing is executed strictly to fulfill our core software functions:

  • Automated Auditing: Real-time semantic parsing and anomaly interception to protect shipments from customs penalties and border delays.
  • Zero-Training Guarantee: We explicitly state under strict professional liability that Client enterprise operational metadata is NEVER sold, leased, or utilized to train public, foundational, or commercial third-party Artificial Intelligence models. All processing remains entirely private and contained.

Third-Party Sub-Processors and Infrastructure

To guarantee microsecond processing and global communication integrity, we partner exclusively with enterprise technology sub-processors operating under strict data-protection compliance agreements:

  • Database Infrastructure: Supabase / PostgreSQL (Secure, encrypted relational data hosting).
  • Large Language Engine Models: Anthropic (Claude) / OpenAI API (Utilized strictly via private commercial endpoints under strict zero-data retention and non-training policies).
